2008 Raft Up dontations info, Susan G Koman Foundation Options

We collected almost $800.00 between the Raft Up, Donations taken at Walkers Landing, and Boaters Donating after the raft.

RD had really hoped to have another fund raiser somewhere so we could have at least $1000.00 to donate to the Susan G Komen foundation.

As you know, life got very tragic for so many ppl. There were other fund raisers going on for families of boaters that had boating accidents, the fund raiser to get the scooter for my sister. The passing of my sister.

After talking, we all agreed to send what we have. I am sure the foundation will be very happy.

Thank you to everyone that donated. I hope this will help find not only a cure, but a way to prevent this horrible disease.

That's wonderful! I hope they find a cure for this horrible disease. We've all lost way too many loved ones.
