I guess that's what it is.... not sure what material they are using for that or the road.... the road will be barrior cloth for the entire base then 2-layers of clean fine crushed stone 1 foot thick for heavy equipment..... IIRC, the material is the ground, built up with gravel. I was going to copy & paste, but I didn't know how. This would provide a better facility to get equipment from a barge to the island to install the generator and tower. I didn't see any detail about "depth".. only 20' long and 1 foot wide. It would seem that ice would move it around and pretty much destroy it if they didn't drive it into the ground, wouldn't it? Wonder if they'll put a convenience outlet or two just in case we need to use a blender for the overnighters??
