Free gas?

This morning I was late for work because from what I gather, they were giving away free gas at 13 mile and mound.

The news was all over the place, they had lanes blocked off, people couldn't turn southbound for about 1 mile because the turn arounds were blocked. The only entrance was off of 13 mile, and all you could see was headlights solid for at least 1 mile.

Craziness!!!!

So did anyone else get caught in that? Am I right about free gas? I can't seem to find it online anywhere.

I'm a newbie here. Although I don't own a boat, my brother in law and sister do, and well, they love to have me on board. No compliants here!
