Gertrude is in the house. Went down there today to get a head start.

I'm too old for this crap and I need a new van.

Nope, a big chunk of my boats will be brought in on Tuesday.

Time to call out the big guns, my 81 year old dad is off the bench.

It makes me nervous seeing that boat picked up by that little crane. Seems like it wouldn't have enough to counter that weight! :doh2
I miss the days of drooling on almost every model offered up into the mid 50's! I know the cost to lug those around doesn't make sense nowadays. :(

Not for nothing but that is a 75 ton Moblelift; plenty of lifting capacity. FWIW

I don't know about discount tickets, but you should be aware:

Monday
Senior Day: Seniors 65 and wiser receive free admission

Tuesday
Ladies’ Day: Free Admission for women

Wednesday
A Boat Load of Food: Donate 5 canned goods at the door to Gleaners Community Food Bank and receive free admission from 3-6PM (show open until 9PM) (btw, there a whole huge discussion about why these 'food for admission' drives are so much worse than just donating a few $$ directly to the charity, but we continue to see them!!)

Thursday
Millennial’s Night Out: Free admission to those 30 and under

Always great to hear!!! I usually renew mine at the show, even though it doesn't expire till June...

Are they giving out bags this year?? Most of the ones in past have been very nice, save for one year that was just like a plastic version of a paper grocery bag.

Am I mis-remembering things, or didn't the boat show open up before 3PM on weekdays???

Seems like I've gone down there during the week after lunch (12-1-ish) and it was open. I see the hours this year only start at 3 on weekdays. :(
