Here's a good one for this time of year!

Cabin Fever recipe

1 oz Bailey'sŪ Irish cream
1 oz creme de menthe
6 oz hot chocolate
1 oz whipped cream

Pour the Bailey's irish cream and creme de menthe into a coffee mug, and stir. Add hot chocolate, and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and a maraschino cherry if desired, and serve

You can add Baileys to Jasmine tea and it is delicious. If you pour it slowly and let the drink sit for a sec, the baileys will create a bubble under the surface of the tea and it even looks cool.
