I have tried this one on venison, pork, and now chicken,,,thank god the weather broke and the weber is back in action. biggrin.gif It is a great all around rub. I ended up adding a bit of cumin to it for a little kick but that is just my preference, it was plenty good without it. Thanks for sharing rubbnsmoke. If anyone needs any get ahold of him you won't regret it. Don't think he is selling it yet, but you could probably work out something with him if you ask nice. tongue.gif

Thanx for the "Thumbs UP" Tony, and you're right, if anyone wants to try some just shoot me a PM and we'll work something out. I also have a number of different BBQ rubbs to fit your grilling and BBQ needs.

I use my BBQ rubb regularly on pork butt(shoulder)and smoke them in my smoker...Awesome!! That very same BBQ rub is great on ribs too, although I don't do ribs too often, they seem like a wast of money to me, you're payin' way too much for a whole lotta bone. That's why I like pork shoulder. Again, I do have several other BBQ rubbs in different flavors...Everything from Greek to Mediterranian to Southwestern...Even a Hawiian, well that's not a rubb, it does incorporate a rubb, but it's more of a marinade recipe, because you rubb your meat with the rubb and then add juices to make a sweet and sour marinade...Really good.
