Need a slip that would accommodate 37' LOA and 12' beam. Prefer a port side dock. If you have or know of someone who may be interested, please message me.

Thanks in advance!

Check the classified on the Belle Maer website, the is ussually one or two listed. They go fast, so check frequently.

You also might want to contact them if they are trying to sell, as they might be will to rent it.

Thanks for the tip! I will try that. I would not be opposed to buying, but I'd like to try it out first..

Does anybody know what other fees are involved if you own a slip at Belle Maer? Association fees, taxes? Just seems like their dockominums are reasonable but there must be a catch.

Property taxes and Asso. fees. Thats it. Not a bad deal, I lease mine out and then turn around and lease a well at MacRay, more kid friendly and better amenities (in my opinion).

Theres a 35 ft well for 2500$ for the year and includes the use of their patio furniture and a golf cart!!! Includes summer and winter dockage.. great deal! And i think belle maer lets you stick out 2 feet, but not positive.

Depends on the well. Not sure is the inner wells allow you to go past the catwalk of the dock. A couple of the inner rows are narrow.

People flag the dumbest things on CL. I've been flagged so many times for innocent posting it doesn't even make sense to me. I posted a wanted ad once to buy a dinghy on there and got flagged. I also tried to sell a set of trim tabs on there and got flagged. What gives? I remember when craigslist used to be a great tool. Now its just frustrating with all the spam and flagging. If this keeps happening I fear CL will no longer be a useful way of buying things locally.
