With the slit jaw, looks like you had her aged. If you did, how old was she?

Many years ago I shot a spike on opening day morning near Lewiston, that afternoon my brother shot a monster doe. When we took them to the DNR station near Mio, they told me my buck was 1.5 years old like I figured. My brother's doe was aged at 9 years old!

She was a true old swamp donkey who made my spiker look like a fawn!

Congratulations again...that will be a lot fine meals and many good memories for years to come!

That is one huge doe!
I love big does and I cannot lie.

Here are a couple of large baldies I've taken.

This one is 3-1/2 yrs taken in Hillsdale Co. farm country. I'm the guy on the left. I'm 5'11" and weigh 210.

This one is 4-1/2 yrs shot in the big forests of Manistee Co.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles!
