Orchard is clear, deep and pressured. Some hawg smallies (6+) in the depthes. What lakes have u n your buddy tried lately? Maybe I can give ya a tip or two let me know. It's been a few yrs since i tried Orchard but the south end not far from the ramp is good. The n.e. weed filled shallows are good for topwater. Keep me posted Josh, thanks, FJ.

Josh, my faves for numbers of bass are Kent and Orchard. Orchard is a tough lake but if you figure it out you can do well. Kent is simply a bass factory with good numbers of 2 lb plus average on many days with bigguns aplenty too. For good slop (froggin) bassin try those little gems I told you about a few months ago. By the way a friend got an 8 plus a few weeks ago! It was released too.

I was wondering if you use a flasher with your "stick and move" style of perch fishing? Thanks d.l.

Hi Josh, haven't been out in 2 wks too hot. I have time off in 2 wks maybe we could fish than. Let me know what area is good for bass right now. like to get some big smallies or try an inland lake and use topwaters. like to be on water before sunup and toss spooks, pop-rs or frogs. keep me posted, FJ.
