It was $1.93 at sunset. Last years gas probably. They were getting more in Sunday and adjusting the price they said. Moose, do you know if sassy has water on at the gas dock? I need to fill my tank for the weekend.

Nautical Mile. Miller, $2.21 for 87 and $2.29 for 89. Jeff Beach $2.39 for 89. Anybody know if the Red and Green Markers are in the North Channel near Deckers?.

Gas prices--Going from Sassy Marina to Jefferson Beach Friday morning. Need 170 gallons of fuel. Anybody know gas prices at Deckers, Balfour and Sassy for 87 and 89. Whatever it is will be twice my first home house payment including insurance and taxes. Not to matter, boating is worth tons the price of being on the water.

Gas prices are a sure bet to be cheaper along the North Channel - Sassy, Deckers, Balfour. The lowest grade gas at Sassy is 89 and I paid 2.06 Good Friday. I don't think the other stations of 87 either.

In my mind it is very reasonable when compared to 89 for inland stations....about .20 mark-up.

You can call Sassy in the morning at 810-794-9333 for current price.

Went in the water this morning at 8 AM at Sassy. They were at $2.06 I think for mid grade. Went as usual to Balfours but mid grade was $2.21. Filled up there anyway because they are nice people. 165 gallons. Deckers was not open but they posted $1.99. When you're not open you can post any price you want. Really too early in the season to see where the best buys are around the lake but I think that in the overall, like Hammer said, that Balfours, Sassy, Deckers and others along the North Channel will be less expensive as the summer gets on. I can for sure say that Jeff Beach, Millers, Michigan Harbor were at $2.49 for the July 4th holiday 2003 and it never went down the rest of the season. I'm going to support the North Channel fuel stops this summer for SURE. We all should consider doing the same when we pass by and need a shot of fuel. Safe Boating everyone.

usually every year those three are lowest from what I notice, Sassys is a tad lower then balfours and deckers, and balfours and deckers are pretty much the same, I always go to balfours though because like you said...nice people...if you have a Boat US carrd I think you can get a discount at Bouvier, kinda inconvenient though

Don't forget about Algonac harbor club. They are a couple cents lower than the rest sometimes. Talk about nice people, that would be sunset harbor on Harsens island. For tne extra mile or so, I think i'll fo there again. $1.93 was .13 less than Sassy. 200 or 300 gallons adds up.
