That motor is NOT basically a 454. It is based on the old 454 MAG with 365h.p. They added multiport fuel injection, closed cooling and a couple other goodies. The horizon's also have a THREE year warranty not one year. I have two of them in my boat and they are awesome. Winterizing is a breeze. Pull a couple plugs here and there and done.
