for a "non-outrageous" upgraded membership fee?

sounds like this would solve many of the dilemnas as of late... for those who do not wish to read questionable material... no need to upgrade and may continue to passively enjoy the sight..... for other who care less... purchase if they want partake or observe...... for others who wish to actively post... enjoy without fear of censorship..... and I'm sure the extra generated revenue would be welcomed by the owners...

I don't know... seems like a pretty good idea to me...win win for everyone..

good idea, but that place is HUGE, it's like going to a site and seeing party pictures of something that happened in Miami, nice, but not as good if you weren't there, that site is not local enough

I really wouldn't say NEVER, Mongo used strong language when addressing a certain post without consent of all the captains. Not that I don't agree, we really never made the proper assessment to say NEVER. LSCN has always been about customizing the site around the needs of the peeps, as the need grows, we would definitely entertain the idea. Currently we have enough projects to keep us busy and this would become a pretty major responsibility. I do have the veto power on all the decisions, so don't count it out or something similar.

I met some of the LSCN peeps for the first time at an OSO get together a couple years back like Milord and Bill272. I guess it can be as local as the members localy that are on it, if that made any sence It's a great place to see other people enjoy boating year round too

Also great for performance boating advice.
