I was wondering the same thing. Made a few calls and didn't find anyone for a metro weekend. Some SPYC peeps are going to Algonac Harbor Club. Anyone for Metro??

Moving....you mean moving my brother? Have not even started! Don't get me started.....were meeting at noon than driving an hour to his place in Howel. I don't mind doing favors for my brother but he never even called me about it. Had my mom call me and ask if I would help. I say sure than he changes the date to the following sat (today) and has my sister call and tell me. Than he changes the time to noon....of course he has my mom call and tell me this yesterday at 8pm!

Thanks just had to vent.....but on the good side he doesn't have much to move. The plan is to be home by 5pm......well see if that happens.

brother stories? mine calls 2 weeks ago and says hey you gong on boat can i go iam like yeah ok meet me there,at dock , byob for the day for your self . i have shots and munchies and my own beer. he shows up late 1 hour ,, no beer no money , wants to borrowmoney from me goes and buys a pint, of rum , comes back drinks my beer and bitches i should buy molson instead of labats..

trashes my boat spills his drink all over , tells me i need abigger boat when he doesnt even own a car.no less..
then we get back to dock and hes like later no thanks or do you need help carrying anything..
my mom says hes family and i should try to keep together. scheew what a day... never again...

change in plans ... guess going to metro on boat and back , to marina then tin fish by land hammer if you want to go with on boat your welcome to ,,, its not a luxery cruiser like your used to , but kinda fun braving the waves in a 24 ft boat might get little wet but thats all part of fun. 586 242 5776 rob

Thanks. Any boat is fun for me. I'm gonna hop in the shower quick, pack and go to Beacon Cove. Haven't been to the boat since before Florida. Gonna start getting it ready for strorage and take the dinghy off and stuff. I'll go to the fish from there. Probably have some time for goofing off though, what time were you heading out and from where?

about 2 pm from emrald city 9 and jefferson , have to stop real quick at macomb and get home work assignment, then heading to marina just going to go for a cruise to metro and back drink a few beers . just to get out on water. not many weekends left to enjoy.

Would you want to stop by Beacon Cove (just south of Metro) and pick me up? I'm the third boat on the left on the front row, right in front of the gas dock. Have a skull and crossbones flag on my 360 light.

Bring some money I can borrow and I drink bud light.

umm not really iam comming from troy , takes a while to get to metro and back on my boat ,,, proablly will be like 5 pm when we get back to marina .

hey i never mind sharing beer or shots . as long as the person doesnt complain about what i have to offer.

I meant by boat not car. I was going to be there a bit earlier and if you were running the shoreline its on the way to Metro. I'll be heading out in a few (from Rochester Hills) and as always have the vhf on channel 69.
