I was looking for a pic last night and came across this from my Jobbie 07' pictures. It is a beautiful boat, and I remember snapping a shot because I have never seen such a large version of a wooden boat of that style. Its a little fuzzy because I had to zoom quite a bit. Some day if I have a big enough garage or a barn, I would love to get an old wooden boat to work on.

Do you remember the name on the transom (if there was one)? A few years ago, there were the "Fox" boats that looked like this. There were 3 or 4 and they all had "Fox" in their names...

Beautiful boats; I love the acoustic properties of the wood. The rumble of the engine is second to none.

Looks like the picture I have is of the 47' Temptation. The Fox, from their website is 36' but has a small seating area in the rear. This one did not.

Sorry no better resolution. I was zoomed in pretty tight with a small digital camera.

Sweet looking boat.

I had an opportunity to see the Van Dam boats a few yrs ago in Boyne and I must say that I have never seen anything of that quality and beauty outside of museum. They are stunning, but $4,000,000 for a day boat should get u that.
