CAUSE WE ARE! 2 lbs! ahahahahahahah. No seriously, life goals accomplished, wanted to pull a steelie through the ice and we did it on 2 lb line with leaf worms on a little ice fishing hook in the first 10 minutes, waited to see his face and yanked 'im up through the hole. Thought it was a sunfish. Used Basmatti rice chum in the holes we drilled, cooked with sardines, so extra smelly. Not much fight considering what this size fish would've done in the warmer months. TA DA!!! Delicious with dill and garlic. So mild. Love this lake. Couple of days left to fish on the ice, get out there if you can! The year is ending.

Really a nice fish. Good going on landing it on 2 pound test line. I caught two of them under a bobber on my boat last summer in the mile roads area. Never know what them steelies will hit out there. Thanks for the report.
