Skinny's is gone?!?!

That used to be a regular hang out back when Zeeb had an apartment right down the street. We'd walk in and the wait staff just knew what to bring us.

i can give ya teh lowdown! love the place!
it's a total 180 from what skinnys used to be. they gutted it, redid the inside to a more posh setting, beautiful cherry woods, large exotic fishtanks, sensual subtle lighting, comfortable seating...very nice inside.
the drink prices are not bad at all, and they make a terrific 'raspberry truffleini' to die for. the service is VERY good.
you will not see any skinny's clientele in there. everyone is dressed nice, and is a desirable crowd. the entertainment each time i've been in there is supurb!!!!!! we've seen bugs bedoes and the sun messengers there.
altogether it's a great place to hang! i suggest it highly!

Hey Girlie~ Went to Bartini's Saturday night, had a blast. They had this 3 piece band playing, and they were awesome.
The place is just like a Martini place. Blue lightening all around. Nice ambiance!
Can't comment on the drink prices, I only had a cranberry juice and it cost $2.00.
I highly recommend the place.

I'll throw a 3rd vote in for the place. Went there over Thanksgiving break. Had a great time. The drinks were stiff just the way I like them and the women were hot. I'd say it's more like a Ernie's kingsmill crowd. Only thing I could say bad about the place is a personal things......I'm not a huge fan of live bands. Although they were not bad I'd rather see a DJ any day of the week.
