Beacon Cove Marina

Are we still planning on having a picnic at the marina to get to know our neighbors?

What time?

Who is bringing what?

What if it's raining? Should we meet at the restaurant next door to the marina?

Hey, I am not at Beacon, but this BBQ everyone keeps talking about sounds great. BoatChic and I were talking about this on Saturday. Better figure out how to get some guest's in there. My boat is 27' and loud! I wanna come to the party. Come on Del, find a way to get me in there.
All BCM peeps: Who's in? is there a time preference?

All are welcome, if you're coming via car you'll need a contact within to enter.

Convincor~ i'm sure there will be some random open wells thru the marina, also the wall near the bath-house/gasdock area.
I'm in, even though my boat won't be! Any time is good, unless it gets too crazy at tinfish the night before.

Like BoatChic said, there are still lots of open wells if you come by boat. We're on Dock E (space 33), which is closer to the dry dock building.

If you are coming by car, we need names to leave at the front gate.
Please remember that the LSCN party is this Saturday at the Tin Fish........

Why dont you all show up to the party and plan your Sunday then?

(I didnt think that ads for another event were supposed to happen the week prior to a LSCN event....moderator talk)

I'm there too!!! Afiremen, you in?

I haven't forgtten the party this Saturday! The BBQ isn't going to stop me from going to the Tin Fish.

It takes longer than a day to organize for a picnic. Besides, I'm not sure the person who originally started this topic will be at the Tin Fish to discuss details.
hey... we're in! along with a few others that have their boats there too.

I'll supply whatever needed... so whomever is in charge, just let me know!.. was thinking about the paper plates/utensils/etc plus cookables... but am flexible

I WILL be in this weekend! I am on D dock slip #4 (D-4)
I Have to work this Sunday but if the BBQ is a go. I will try and get out of work and be there with Julie. So far the weather looks like it will be a high of 66 degress and partly sunny.

I didn't know you were at Beacon Cove! I thought you kept your boat in New Baltimore!

We can wave to each other!

D dock used to be a big party a couple of years ago. Some of the party people bought bigger boats and moved to other docks. However, the people right behind us are still there and like to party!
Sounds like we'll have quite a few attending, pass the word to your well neighbors etc.

Does anyone have a gas grill there we can use?

Let's keep it simple, main purpose to get to know other LSCN peeps at BCM ~ where their boats are located..

Has a time been suggested? maybe 3:30/4:00
(allowing time to recover from Tin Fish)

Just throwing some thoughts out!?!
My boat should be in by then....
