I just put two new props on my boat so I wanna play it safe here!

Where is a good place to eat (not to pricey though) that has good access by water and is around the Metro Beach Area? I've heard bad things about some areas and since I'm new to the lake, I wanted to douple check with you experts!

Also, do I have to bring my own lines to tie up, or are they usually at the docks?

I would bring your own "lines."

Places within easy driving of metro and good water depth:

Jack's - Jefferson Beach
Beach Grill - Jefferson Beach
Tin Fish - Anchor Bay
Deckers - N. Channel
Algonac Harbor Club - N. Channel
Browns - Middle Channel (stay to left when entering)

You could also try Crews Inn or Bumpers on the Clinton River, but they don't have many slips.

And definately have your own lines. If you don't have them, go out and buy at least 4 decent docklines (6 would be better) and at least 4 decent (at least 8" if not 10") fenders. You really shouldn't rely on anyone else to provide lines to tie you to a dock or fenders to protect your boat, because god knows what they'll bring out. And they might raft you off at the Beach Grill or Jacks...
