Birthday Tomorrow

706 Views 14 Replies 8 Participants Last post by  MuskieGirl
As the title says... despite some hit and miss rain showers tomorrow, and upper 60's temperatures, I am wondering if fish are still hitting anywhere, and if anybody in the local area perhaps has an open seat for tomorrow? I am up for just about anything. Pike, bass, musky, walleye, whatever is hitting. It's been a week or two since I was last out, and that was with propwash for some musky action. Is it worth trying to go tomorrow? Friday will be the next nicest day, and warmer, but many of us will be leaving for the 4th this weekend. Thoughts anybody? Gas/bait/food is on me of course.
Thanks again everybody, and enjoy the first nice half of the weekend before more rain down here on Sunday.

Shoot me a PM please if anybody is interested. Thanks.

First off, thanks everybody!
Troller, unfortunately no, I don't have my Canadian license yet. It's going to be a little while longer before I can get it, but I do plan to have it hopefully by end of July if not sooner. Thanks again though.

Storm,

I was planning on going out tomorrow, your welcome to join me. I'll leave species up to you. Launching out of crocker. PM me with your number and I'll call you in a couple of hours. At a movie right now.

Hey Storm,
Happy 22nd to you! Plan around 3 pm at the Clinton River, I'll pick you up. Talked to Muskie Girl (Kelly), she is going to meet us at 6 pm either at my brother in laws marina just before the Harley Ensign entance, so she doesn't have to pay for entry, or at the launch if the DNR collection guys aren't there.

Tenatative plans as long as weather permits. No storms that is. She sounds ready to go and doesn't care about just rain. Looking forward to you first major birthday Ski. I told her that the Schram man and Muskie Bob got me into it last year, and it's a blast. Maybe we can all get out on the Schram boat or the Bob boat this year????

Gonna have to have my buddy do a rock and roll theme pic on Brians boat!
Here is the weather projection for 3-9 pm.

Tight lines! Propwash

Thanks again Bill. Looking forward to that first big one finally. Weather looks great, as do water conditions. Hopefully they are still in the Bay area, and we all can get in on one together. Looking forward to meeting Kelly as well. I'll hear from you in the morning.

Hey Jason,
I was just thinking, you know who the true fisherman/fisherwomen are when someone looks at a weather report and it says 50 plus chance of showers with wind, and they say great weather conditions. I love it!
Talk to you tomorrow. Once again, Happy Birthday!
