Bluegill Chowder

1 can condensed potato soup

1 pint milk

fresh minced onion(amount varies with your taste)

1 tsp parsley

salt

pepper

Dilute can of soup with pint of milk; heat to just simmering. Add onions to your taste, add level teaspoon of parsley. Simmer until onions are transparent. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add your bluegill fillets (do not allow to boil) stew until translucent. serve and enjoy
You can always add different herbs or spices(basil, thyme, a couple tsp of sour cream, a splash of white wine works too) depending on what you like, it's always fun and rewarding to experiment in the kitchen
