i drove by yesterday, on the way back from the wings game. all of the docks are in the water, but there was no guard. no one was out either (no trucks in the lot). someone dumped a bunch of junk in the lot too, but it shouldn't affect parking too much.
don't know if, or when there will be a guard. but be careful, especially if you go at night. as i posted last year, some humanitarian peice of trash decided to break into a bunch of vehicles last year. mine included.
