Only overheats over 3500 rpm or at idle. Heats up fast i belive it is impellers so i need to pull the boat. Money is tight as always and looking for a good deal to pull the boat. Or if someone would like to rent me a trailer for a day that would be great - 28ft welcraft 9.5 beam. If anybody thinks i may have another issue besides a impeller please chime in.

Last season Boatworks, on the Clinton, pulled and splashed our 30' sailboat for a prop change for $180, round-trip. They were going to let us change our own prop while she was in the slings. (We paid them to do that, too, as we hadn't the tools to do it ourselves.) I don't know if that was a "good deal" or not, but it seemed fair to us. I dunno if they'd be willing to let somebody do the same to change their own impeller.
I gotta believe somebody here has a trailer you can use for a weekend. If I had one, it would be all yours, but my little 18' trailer would leave you a bit short.

and they pull it when they tell you.
Yep, and if you can get it changed yourself pretty quick they won't charge you the blocking fee. They just leave it right on the trailer that they pull you put with.

The trailer I use will most likely NOT work. It is an Eagle tandem axle trailer set up for a 250 Sundancer. 8.5 beam.

$5 per foot plus a $40 blocking fee...sounds about right.
When you crap $100 bills they dont give you the discount!
I dont know how different your setup is from mine but I changed both of my impellers while it was sitting in the well this year, not too difficult. but then again mine are crank driven and easy to get to.
