I will be out tomorrow along with about 40 or so other boats on the Lake St. Clair Fun Run for Michigan Special Olympics. We won't be running up in the flats much but keep an eye out for us. Or better yet, join in on the run. There are plenty of cruisers that do this event.

I wondered if this was when you did that. I thought it was on a Thurs or Friday though. Is this weekend the Sunsation Rally at Metro.

I wish that I could but I need to save some vacation time for the rest of the year seeing as how I will be off the next 2 weeks...

I might be out there after work to hang out on the south side of Gull. Tried the Moot last weekend but got nervous going in.

Family and I will be out tomorrow; first thing I did this morning when I got to work was request the day off. It is too nice of day to pass up. I was planning on going to Munchies or Goose but if others congregate towards Gull I’ll swing over there. I am leery of Goose because other peeps have complained about bugs but when it is hot the bugs usually scatter. I am more interested in doing a kick back and relax/boatberque thingy compared to a zip around the flats thingy since I have kids and don’t have a jet boat. Thinking about trading the kids in for a Jet boat though; can’t get Brygida onboard with the idea.

Not to rub it in to bad I'm off after tommorrow for a week work a couple shifts off another week.

Ya been going crazy, just did rear brakes Tahoe (love that car), going to Vessel Safety Check in about 10 minutes at Sun-Up. Replace bent rim tommorow on Grand Prix, cabinet door fronts are in Yada Yada Yada....

This is just one of the midweek poker runs that are run on Lake St. Clair throughout the summer. They are normally held on Wednesdays. The Sunsation Rally that you were all dressed up for last year is going to be July 24 - 26. Mike will have plenty of time to get his tux ready. If you and Mike are free tomorrow morning or evening you may want to swing by Mac and Rays and check out some of the boats that will be there for the run. It is a much bettter show than the Detroit Boat Show.
