Anybody else have this syndrome?

Work out and take care of body all summer... then once the bathing suit body is no longer necessary, take like a month or two off and eat whatever you want, skip the gym and generally enjoy the fruits of life?

This is awesome! Another week or two and I'll get back into the routine... but, damn... how nice to eat all the damn time and not care!

I've been saying i'm going to get into a routine since January. <_<

I need to get in shape by next summer. Tired of putting it off. I'm not used to this frump....


But LOVE to eat!!

no, i usually start the summer in decent shape from working out all winter, then when the weather is nice and there are many parties and taking the boat out, and then the body goes to hell, i started my winter routine two weeks ago, hadn't really worked out all summer

Work out from LaborDay 'till Memorial Day. No time during summer!

<_< Triple Urghh, since weather has changed and haven't been riding the bike as much, I've been lazy and putting off my indoor routine at the gym. I've put it off now for a couple of weeks and I'm about to give myself an @$$ kickin' . I'm 15lbs of where I normally like to be. Time to stop the madness. Redrum redrum, or is that Myers & bitter?

Ditto. I'm finally starting to get back to the gym now. Feeling way outta shape....

Same here. Once summer hits, let the drinks flow and enjoy everyday I don't have to be in the gym.

oh, this is a bad subject for me. Class Reunion is next year and I have vowed to drop 60 pounds. Been bustin my @ss since July, but the beer is anchoring me. I'm getting stronger though...
Looks like I bette switch to mixed drinks.... naaah!
I love BEEEEEERRRR!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I noticed on the BRB Friday that you are really letting yourself go.


Taking a break from the routine is good. Too long of a break makes it hard to get back into it.

The holidays are worst for me. Too many GOOOOD meals, too cold to ride the bike and work it off. Can't stand stuffy gyms.

I drank more beer this summer then I have in years and I still lost weight. Hummm, new diet fad. B2B's all beer diet. I smell millions $$$$$$$$.

Since the frist day of fall I gained ten pounds


Not the direction I want to go.

Of course the Homemade Oatmeal cookies, Zuccinni bread bananna bread...etc doesn't help
