That is just the kind of site I was looking for when I started this thread. The site that I found and posted is one that is operated by the Province. I am not sure how the exchange rate works out but when I ordered my license over the phone I paid $59 Canadian. I guess I will find out what that works out to when I get the bill from Visa.

Thanks for the info. I hope you kept your citizenship so you can still get a resident rate.

You have to get to the Marine City Ferry before 10pm. You ride across on foot and they write your licenses while they cross and return.

800-667-1940. This number takes you to the Ontario Natural Resources and they take your information over the phone and get the license to you in approximately 10 days they say.
No additional fees.
