Cold front desending, Wind Gust to 39mph tomarrow. Not tryin to bum you but be careful. No good weather for weeks to come. I'm cryin cryin madman24. Maybe it will go up to 39 degrees. tomarrow and that's not the wind chill.

i shall dress warm. perhaps i will wear an extra pair of knickers ( what are knickers anyway? ).

heres the thing. all winter long the company i work for was slow. i mean slow. not a lick of overtime for at least 5 monthes. now that the ice is gone and april 1st catch and release is in effect we are slammed. and i mean slammed. i havent had much time to get out and fish.

so far this year i have been out 3 times and i dont think the total time in 3 days combined has amounted to more than 7 hours.

i wanna fish. at this point i dont think a hurricane could stop me. the only thing holding me back now is the fact that my boat is still in the shop. hopefully i can talk a friend into toughing it out for a few hours.

plus, i like cass lake when a nice cold front hits. to me that means getting jiggy with jigging spoons. and thats fun!

pray for warmer weather tho, so far april is colder than march.

Knickers had rubber bands just below the knees and when you turned 12 you got to got to long pants. I have a photo of me in knickers somewhere. I would not go on Cass tomorrow if you paid me.. Bob

Madman you must work in automotive like me. I had no O.T. until last month and now it's 6 days a week and the weather on every Sunday hasn't been worth a crap! My buddy two-wayed me a little while ago from Union Lake and was having a blast with the blue gills while I sat here at the desk throwing curses at him.

i dont work directly in the automotive biz. but we do alot of work for people who supply the big 3 with machines and parts and so on.

whevever the auto business picks up, we pick up.

You can always stay in the Guts and the canals on Cass if the wind is strumming. If I let weather stop me everytime, I'd never go fishing some years... most years.

Especially when you add jobs, wives, girlfriends (husbands and boyfriends too for the lady anglers), kids and family in there, you just have to go whenever you can.
