How much work is it to change the zincs on a Bravo 3 outdrive?

I usually have them serviced, but was thinking of doing them myself this year.

Shouldn't be any harder than on any other outdrive. When I checked the ones on my Bravo 3, they where in the same spots as on my old Alpha drive.

Not many people know it but zinc annodes are used primarly for saltwater.
A better choice for fresh water is to replace with magnesium annodes.

Ther was a lot of discussion regarding this on Boatered.com try a search there.

I guess it depends on how badly deteiriated they are. I trailer my boat, so I can go a couple/three years. And I change them for looks anyway. There not that expensive.
