Coast Guard 2/29/04

Took my little girl to the Coast Guard Saturday night for an hour and we both got skunked. Didn't even see a fish in the hole. She still had a blast as she couldn't believe that the sled she was riding on turned into a hut. Went back out yesterday from 6:30am-6:30pm and did pretty well. Ended up with 20 nice perch from 9-13 3/4 inches. Had 3 in the bucket that were 13 3/4 inches (just couldn't nail that master angler). Almost every fish came by spear. Ice was getting really shaky by the end of the night. Be careful to those still heading out there as a lot of holes are starting to open up.
