That looks like the little buddy I met last year in the moot, how big was he?
If it's the same guy I caught by hand, he looks like he's grown a few inches.
When I caught him last year, he been the victim of fairly recent attack, teeth marks and bleeding, struggling to swim. An hour in the live well with some chemicals and he was good enough to swim away without any trouble, about 25 inches last year.
