Detroit River 4-19-03

We fished on Sat.1-6pm US side of Peche Island. Managed 4 nice eyes v-jigging 3/4 oz jigs with pastic grubs. All fish caught in 28-32 FOW. Water clarity got worse later in the day and so did the bite. Handliners were not doing well either. Hoping the fish will turn on this weekend, fishing the LSCWA derby on Sat. and Sun.
