Hey there fishing buddies. Everything is fine here just fishing is really slowing down in the big picture.
Starting at 16 mile Rd. at Metro Beach yellow perch are being caught in the North Marina. Most anglers are fishing off of the docks, but some are getting out on the ice. Ice conditions are 3-6 inches. For the perch anglers are jigging wigglers and spikes. Also some fish are being caught on wax worms. Numbers here are good, but size is smal,l 6-9 inches.
Down to 11 mile Rd. yellow perch and pumpkinseeds are being caught in the Marina. Anglers are using minnows, fire-tiger Rapala's, and teardrops with a red bead. Large numbers have been caught here and size is ranging from 8-12 inches.
Good luck everyone and stay safe out on the ice. Cory

Thank you Cory, Maybe this summer you can give two reports a week. That would be great. Your reports are just so right on.
