Drew is Coming Back to WRIF

Its a good thing...Ill put 101.1 back into my list of presets. I hadnt listened to the show since he left...

I think its good. Mike began to sound like a yapping old lady at times.

I'm surprised.

I believe Mike is still under his big paying contract (those days are over in radio) and I'm even more sure Drew will only be getting a small % of what he was making, so it must be strange for Mike to making quite a bit more.

Bingo! Likely the biggest finacial mistake Drew Lane will make in his lifetime, whatever the reason. And I highly doubt it had anything to do with what time he was getting up in the morning.

Hit it right on the nose. it will be nice to have the brain back on the show. He is the one with half a brain and without drew it is just bad.

It will be good as long as they dont go back to watching the previous nights TV shows on the air (yeah - that makes for good radio!!) and reading from the tabloids daily. Which is what the show turned into and the end of Drews run.

All of those shows suck, even for free radio. (exception to satellite)

I suppose 15 years ago there was some talent, but now it's washed up regurgitated shenanigans and foolery we've all seen or heard a million times over.

I know what you mean. I can't stand that part of going over what was on TV the previous night. Let's talk about Detroit issues and hear interviews with Musical bands movie stars and people of interest. I love that stuff. Get back to talking with bands and acts coming to Detroit for a show. Putting out awareness of up and coming movies, albums and concerts.

On a happy note, even though I can't stand listening to them, I hope one of the reasons he said he left of caring for his wife/girlfriend going through cancer treatment means she is doing better!!

I wish them luck, but really couldn't and I supposed still can't stand the show.
