When a diet works is it really the diet???
I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks and very dedicated to it, I am down 9 lbs from My Nov/Dec avg weight and 12 lbs from my Holiday Pudge. HEE HEE
I am not sure if it is the Atkins diet plan or the No Alcohol, No Pasta, No Bread, No sweets and No fast food. It doesn't take a book to tell me that that was 80% of my diet and I now do know that I can live without those foods. I have a long way to go and if it keeps working I am sticking to it
I do cheat a little but then I get right back at it.
Good luck to everyone else who is fighting this battle I really believe it is as hard to "REALLY diet as it is to quit smoking.
