Moderation is the key! I think by now we all know what is and what isn't good for you.....don't need a rocket scientist or a dead doctor (he slid on ice and bumped his head) to tell us.

Except when it comes to pina colada's and it's a free for all

i just thought of something... dumb moment. we are made of water, bone and meat. why is is so bad for us to eat what we are made of. now they say meat is bad???

I've been on the EFL Diet ("Eat Friggin' Less") .... I agree, moderation can be the key. Actually I've lost 50 lbs in the last 9 months eating Chicken Noodle Soup at Panera Bread. My wife thinks I should get a spokesman job for them , much like Jared from Subway.

When a diet works is it really the diet???

I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks and very dedicated to it, I am down 9 lbs from My Nov/Dec avg weight and 12 lbs from my Holiday Pudge. HEE HEE

I am not sure if it is the Atkins diet plan or the No Alcohol, No Pasta, No Bread, No sweets and No fast food. It doesn't take a book to tell me that that was 80% of my diet and I now do know that I can live without those foods. I have a long way to go and if it keeps working I am sticking to it
I do cheat a little but then I get right back at it.

Good luck to everyone else who is fighting this battle I really believe it is as hard to "REALLY diet as it is to quit smoking.
