I think he is a great player when he really tries. I do however dislike his cocky attitude. Its cool to be cocky sometimes but he is sooooo full of himself. He was asking for way too much money. The Wings really took care of him both on the ice and off the ice

Exactly, heres so full of himself and more concerned with his reputation and his money then layualty to the team.

He wanted to be traded cuz theres so much star power on our team that he doesnt get the attention he wants.

I hope we check his sorry a$$ BIG TIME! Unfortunatly hes a good player and will probaly score a goal or two.

Watching the game right now!
Wetbar got me a Fedorov jersey for Christmas last year!! Him and Stevie are my Fav's!!! He is cocky - but he is super talented! The Wings WILL miss him come playoffs.
But we have a lot of great players that better step up so we can win Lord Stanley again!!!
After we partied with the team at the Beach Grill I'd definitely say Stevie is just as awesome off the ice as he is on!! Maltby is also way cool! Drapes was an a$$. So now that Fedorov is gone Stevie and Maltby are my favs!

I would NEVER boo Fedorov!! Way too talented!!
He did have a lot of accomplishments while with the Wings!! (yes he's arrogant, stuck on himself, etc. but he is talented).

I SO wish I was at this game!!!

Ha ha ha --- 4 to nothing.
Other players have switched from our team to others
and welcomed warmly when returning (Osgood!)
There's a reason for the booing - his pompous rock star

He's a punk a$$, prima donna, figure skater. I thought they should have traded his a$$ the year he wanted to sign with Carolina. They should have sent him to a Losing team to match his attitude.

True he could be one of the greatest players on the ice, but only when he comes to play. Those games are few and far between. He's more concerened with the angle the camera catches him as he blindly passes the puck to the opposing team, then he is about being a team player.

As far as I'm concerned, Good Riddance! It opens the doors for players like Datsuyk and Zetterburg and gave Detroit the extra cash to go after Hatcher. Hatcher will be much more valuable to this team when he's back and ready to play in the playoffs, then Federov could ever dream of being!

I was happy to hear the resounding boos as he touched the puck!

Ouch - it was hard - but I didn't cheer when he scored. I REALLY wanted a shut out for us.
But we all knew - he would score on us today. Let's just keep that his one and only!

I know - people either love him or hate em and he is arrogant for sure. But was a great player for us so I can't hate him.

I'm working Saturday til 11 but planning on coming over afterward! I love decorating for the holidays! Haven't touched my house yet though! Waiting til Finals are over.
