we tried both sides of the channel at the firecracker, shallow and deep water, worms and minnows, bobbers and bottom bouncers, drifting and anchoring. We didnt catch anything. If anyone wants to tell me where to go, or what im doing wrong, feel free

Troll the firecracker area in 15-20 ft.with Hot+Tot's, 4-6 lb fireline. And hold on. Tied direct. Forget the west side East side rules. Know the boundry line for Canada. Work the east side of the Middle Channel also in front of the Yaht club just before the middle channel empties into the lake. Jig with Gulp worms, or walleye minnows. Find the fish and work that dept.

well, only advice i can give you is to get out in front of ginos and find about 14 fow.
did well on perch, but around 7-8 at night you can clean up on rock bass, perch, silver bass, and of course... tons of sheaphead!!
so if you just want to catch something, that would be your best bet.
drift with crappie rigs and 1/4 worms.
here is another hint,
find some 1" chartreuse grub and use them with worms
