First trip ever to Anchor Bay

I've never fished Anchor Bay before and was wondering where I should go to cast for some muskies. I know nobody is going to give up their 'secret spots', but I mean just a general location in the bay. I'm guessing that Anchor Bay is still best area to cast for them during this time of year. I know a lot of people fish by Selfridge, are there still distance restrictions from shore (don't want to get shot)? Btw - I don't have GPS.

Thanks

Try in front of the Clinton River. Also the Spillway and over by Strawberry Island these are all good spots for Muskie. I''m a casting guide for Muskie on Lake St Clair. Let it Go Let it Grow. Bob

Selfridge area is open again. The markers are gone. Just don't try tooling into the marina. There are guards along the waterfront and some other strategic places. Be mindful of that. I guess what I am saying is don't pitch an anchor up on the shore or breakwall. They might want to see more than your fishing licence.
