its cooking with adding some spoons of vodka
for 2 liters of water- 5-8 perches-and fat fish as catfish or carp.
perches clean inside and remove gills,put them in too sieve and put it in to pot with boiling water-boil them untill perches become as porridge- remove them with sieve-add some big pieces of fat fish-potato-small carrot-3-4 bay leaf-black peper and salt-boil 10-15 min-add 2-4 table spoon of vodka,some greens,boil again .
