I took my daughter out fishing last night. The winds were from the east and the waves were 1-2 feet. We left the DNR launch at Crocker and Jefferson about 5:30 and fished until 8:45. Went straight out about 2 miles and drifted crawlers. We caught 1 Walleye lost another one at the boat , 7 Bass and zero Perch. Saw a wonderful sunset and laughed allot.
Went out with my daughters to the same area....fishing was slow but my little 6 year old caught a 21 inch eye on her micky mouse rod.....what a thrill to see the joy in her face! A moment I will never forget
