July 4 fireworks are so popular in Michigan, the season lasts a month: from June 19 in Canton to July 18 in Fraser. Here's where to find them, whether you are at home or vacationing. (We're still adding to this list; sponsoring groups may send a fax to 313-222-5985 or e-mail [email protected]).

Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village: Fireworks will follow Salute to America concerts by Detroit Symphony Orchestra, July 1-4. That's what I love about night fishing on St. Clair this time of year, you get to enjoy a good night's fishing plus treated to about 3 firework shows a night along the shorelines from now until August. Thanks for the post H20 will come in handy for setting up the agenda for taking the kids around over the next couple of weeks. At least for the Madison Heights fireworks we just have to walk out in the backyard to watch this Sunday.

i go every year to the fraser fireworks. i love going and running into people i see usually only at the fireworks in the beer tent. (fhs alumni)
