Let me give this a shot Greg... I still remeber some of my biology from school.

Fins:

2 Dorsal Fins
1 Caudal Fin
2 Pelvic fins
2 Pectoral Fins
1 anal fin

So... for the grand total of 8 fins.... But again, some people count Dorsal fins as one instead of two.... Go fiure

In terms of colors,

When the sun is up, Blue and green, especially green...

Bad weather, dirty water or evening , red and white

It depends on the fish. This is a trick questuion. as a Muskie only has five count them please. If there are more tell me where they are. 25 Bass to 10 inches. Now I have a question for you Greg. How many eggs does a four foot Muksie expel during her spawn??. How many hatch and how many get to 10 inches?? Bob

Bob there was a experiment with 25,000 pike eggs and 25,000 muskie eggs 409 pike survived and 4 muskie survived. You might find this site interesting.

1. Lot's of different fish with weird fins (just check out a dogfish) or how about counting all the separate 'feathers' on a lionfish.

2. Varies too much from different types of bass across different parts of the hemisphere and even different parts of the same body of water. Some beds don't produce any. Some beds produce a bunch.

3. Finally, no technicalities here - the answer is always whatever color combination you didn't bring with you!!!

Yes H20 but after six monthe there are still 4 Muskie but very few Pike.
