We fished from 6 AM to 1PM on Tuesday out of Harley Ensign. Started out on the flats at the southern end of the North Channel. WT about 67 degrees. No bites, saw nothing. At 8AM weather and wind out of south began to look bad, so crossed back to mouth of river and the flats north of Harley. Next four hours caught and released about a dozen smallies b/w 1 and 2-3 lbs, mostly on pearl tubes. The larger fish seemed to be out from the river mouth.
