Just got back from my vacation to Florida and was lucky enough to have gone on TWO fishing charters while i was down there.
I would MUCH rather fish in Florida than up here. The fish are fighters!! Had a blast catching Mackerel, snapper and my favorite: Jack crevelles!!! What a fighting fish!!
Also caught a 6 foot reef shark...took an HOUR to pull in, and then the line broke!
All in all, a great time!

You missed alot of fun at BPS during our Spring Classic, but I would have rather been in Florida too....lol

Is that the Sebastian Inlet bridge in the background? My brother and I were there the first week of March and we had a riot catching the Jack's. They said the big ones were just starting to come in since the water was getting warmer. I'll try and post a few pics also.

Actually it was the i-75 bridge to Punta Gorda Florida.
there were some HUGE jack's we were catching...
nice fighting fish, eh?
