No, but im actually planning on trying it this year. There have been enough people on here saying that its good that i figure its worth a shot. Other than filleting and boiling it, is there anything else i have to do? On the same line of topic, i hear that soaking your fish in buttermilk over night takes away the fishy taste. Anyone tried it?

I would cut away all "dark" meat and only eat the "white" meat. I do this with all larger game fish like walleyes and cats.
