guy thinks his SUV is a boat
so i had a few minutes to kill and i noticed a few helicopters buzzing around 11 mile and jefferson, i took off to find out why
some guy trying to outrun the police took the wrong turn down 11 mile rd. towards the lake (dead end), and instead of stopping, busted through a locked gate, hit a pole that sent the car airborne, and ended up about 30 feet into the lake backwards yet still upright.... according to the people that actually saw it happen, the dude was dazed but ok, he sat there gripping the wheel of the car until the police pulled him out..... i didn't wait to see the car get pulled out but got these pics....
11 mile and jefferson just past the SCS library, it was the lead story on faux news tonight, and i think i saw the channel 4 chopper up there too....

crap, i shoulda waited, i could've been famous on tv, i was right with the lady in purple as her house was right next to the lake, she took a liking to me, invited me to see the wreck, and at the same time was chasing other people out saying it was private property........ dang.....
