I'm sorry, I'm new to Michigan and Fishing for walleye. I am going to Harsons? Island tomorrow to rent a little boat at about 5-6am. If anyone is still on right now (11:56pm) could you offer a new fisher with a few Walleye tips?

where to go from the boat rental in harsons island to fish?
What bait/lures should I buy?

I assume your renting a boat from Minochs Boat Livery on the Middle Channel. Try trolling crankbaits, bottom bouncers with crawler harnesses or jigging with minnows and plastics. Troll the edge of the channel from the rental place to the mouth of the Middle Channel and back. You should be able to get into some fish. Hope this reply wasn`t too late.
