This one is by Rick Kelley. He did work for the Thunder on the water tournaments from the 80s in Wisconsin and Minn. This is #175 of 500. This is for sale but his work is not cheap. 3His 3 prints of Eagles went for over $7000.00 at the Safari Club auction. I have 3 more of his prints. One is on Ebay starting at $150.00 #187 of 4000 called Tiger Fury. I also have one of Loons that is very expensive. I have Esox Attact #461 0f 1800 (Pike) This one is sign to me.
