QUOTE(supercrew @ Jun 18 2009, 09:29 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Impressive! Any idea how many hours on her?

Good question!... When we got her, she was already 25+ years old and had no hour meter. I got to know the original owner a little bit, enough to know he'd taken it as far as Mackinaw and that he'd bought it at the Detroit Boat Show in spring '73. We're the second owners... boat was origianlly named "Karen Sue" after his wife I believe. We renamed it about a year after purchase. Hours.... no idea (I installed a meter 9 yrs ago and it's now @ about 300), but I know the engines/V-drives are original equipment and have never been rebuilt... just taken very good care of (he kept it in a boathouse behind his home on the CR). I've had some deckwork done on her, replaced the fuel tank, redone most of the flooring/wallcoverings inside, and the front hatch is not original, but other than adding some electronics, she's pretty much 1973 vintage.
