Today I went to a fancy place for lunch
A place that everyone says is wonderfull
I ordered a steak I like mine medium, medium-well
It came BLACK or should I say burned
I never in my life told a waitress to take my food back
Well today was a first I had a manager come and talk to me and ask me how I liked my steak done and I told her and guess what she did??
She brought me back the same steak.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!
I told the waitress I'm sorry but I would like another steak. I appologised several times (hoping that they don't spit on the next one)
And the manager herself brought me back another steak
Go ahead guess what it looked like

It was totally f**ken bloody!
I'm suprused that it didn't moo

Have you ever had such an experience??

I forgot to mension that I did wait a long time for that raw steak, as I was leaving, they gave me carnation and wished me a happy birthday.
What do you think I wanted to do with the carnation?

That hapened to us about a month ago. We sent it back like 5 times. The owner came over the last two times they brought it back. He even said it was not right witch made us feel a bit better about the whole thing.

I guess every one has a bad day.

I have heard some bad things just in general about Filippa's, or however the heck you spell it....

A guaranteed good steak is the fillet at Andiamo's with zip sauce!

I have horror stories of Fillipa's! I'll spare ya...think I've posted them before anyway. We just didn't have Pauligan waiting on us

We wouldn't have had any problems if she had been.

Live and learn.....I wouldn't go back.

That place has the worst service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Service bad, manager bad, food soso. You couldn't pay me go ever spend another cent in that place.

that sucks for ya. how hard is it to get a good medium steak, 3 min's on a side or thereabouts all done.

did they offer you any form of compensation? The least they could have done is not charged you for your meals.
