When I did the hiring and firing in my past job we used Monster.com (not sure if that is good or bad....)
If you start off with those three then you are off to a good start.
Piece of advice.....You may want to choose your resume to be confindential which will hide your name and contact numbers. This way if your boss or someone in Human Resources has the initiative, right or reason to surf through possible candidates they won't find you. I found many ex-employees. The recruiter or employer can contact you through (monster for example) a monster email address. They can reply to your resume to a monster email account which will then forward it on to you.
Also, for example if you are the only one with your title at your location of employment it would be very obvious who you are.......
Any other questions let me know...
One more plus. On those good sites you can set up "agents". This means you can set up search criteria of what you are looking for and if that info "hits" a recent job posting it will get emailed to you. I have them coming in daily.....

Have I ever been sarcastic...If you've taken me sarcastically I'm sorry
I make a funny every now and then

As I have said to my family forever I have always wanted to own my own company. I just for the life of me have no idea how to even get started. I need to pick someones brain........ <_<
