Who Can Enter
1. Entrants must be legal residents of the state of Michigan who are 21 years of age or older.
2. Employees of Fox Television Stations Inc. ("Sponsor"), Royal Caribbean International, and The Leisure Pros Inc., their affiliates, and the advertising and promotion agencies of each, and the immediate family members of such employees are ineligible.
How To Enter
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per contestant. More than one entry from any contestant will disqualify all entries by that contestant. The contest starts February 2, 2004, and all entries must be received by 5 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, February 25, 2004. Entries should be mailed to:

To enter FOX 2 Cruise 2 Fame contest, submit a VHS videotape copy or DVD copy of a videotaped performance not to exceed one minute in length. During that performance, the entrant will demonstrate his or her ability to perform as a FOX 2 News Morning feature reporter. Entrants must perform alone. All elements of the performance, including, without limitation, music, script, and images must be created by the entrant. Three finalists will be selected from among the entries by a decision of a panel of judges. Criteria used by the judges will include the entrant's performance, appearance, voice, poise, sense of humor and creativity. The tapes of those three finalists will be shown on FOX 2 News Morning on March 1 and March 2, 2004. FOX 2 viewers will be able to vote for one of the three contestants on the website
http://www.fox2detroit.com. Voting will begin March 1 at 9 a.m. and end on March 2 at 11:59 p.m. The winner of the contest will be the finalist with the most votes. The remaining two finalists will become alternates in the event that the winner is subsequently disqualified. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by a vote of the judges. The winner will be announced during the March 3 broadcast of FOX 2 News Morning. Upon entry, the entrant surrenders ownership of the video to WJBK FOX2, which then has the right to make any use of the video whatsoever, including, but not limited to, news broadcasts or for promotion of the newscast or the contest.
